SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

For the ready to go products, our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after your order is processed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. We work with DHL to provide our customers with the best service. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5-7 days from the processing of your order.

For the made to order products, after the order is processed and confirmed, we have a lead time of 4 to 5 weeks to get the product made then shipped.

To amend an order or delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make amendments prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed. An order may incur additional charges if a change of delivery address is requested after the goods have been dispatched.

• Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not offer deliveries to P.O. boxes nor APO/FPO addresses.

• Shipment confirmation and order tracking

For the ready to go products, after placing your order, your package should be shipped within 2~3 business days after your order is processed and confirmed. You will receive an email with the tracking number soon after.

For the made to order products, you will get a consistent update throughout the production cycle, then you will receive a tracking number soon after the product is shipped.
